Hello everyone, normally I would ask you how you all are, but that seems like a pointless question to ask at the moment, so I won’t. Instead, I’ll say I hope you are all ok and staying safe. This past week I’ve tried to keep my mind busy by focusing on completing a Forensic Science course that I’m doing online, It’s going pretty well at the moment and I’m getting good scores on the exams I have to do after each module (there are eleven), but I don’t want to jinx anything with the rest of the course.
Although I’ve been preoccupied during the day, sometimes at night when I’m alone in my room, my mood will deflate a little bit and I’ll think of everything that’s going on in the world right now and I’m gonna be completely honest, I have a little cry, but I want you all to know that it’s OK to cry, if you need to let it out that’s OK, you don’t have to hold it in all the time, crying doesn’t make you weak, it just means you’ve been strong for too long that you need to release that built up emotion.
If you have been feeling down and need to hear some uplifting words, take a look at these quotes, hopefully, they’ll make you feel better. 🤞
Quotes To Make You Feel Better

” Breathe. You’re going to be OK. Remind yourself of all the times in the past you felt this scared. All of the times you felt this anxious and this overwhelmed. All of the times you felt this level of pain. And remind yourself how each time, you made it through. Life has thrown so much at you, and despite how difficult things have been, you’ve survived. Breathe and trust that you can survive this too. Trust that this struggle is part of the process and growth”.
